Exclusively licensed in Mississippi, Robert "Billy" Johnson is an experienced attorney dedicated to providing high-quality legal services to individuals and businesses in Hernando, Horn Lake, Southaven, Olive Branch, and surrounding areas in North Mississippi. As a solo practitioner and full-time Public Defender in multiple municipal courts, he is deeply committed to justice and the community. Robert Billy Johnson is certified as a Youth Defender and Guardian Ad Litem, demonstrating his commitment to advocating for minors and families facing legal challenges. With a strong educational background, including a Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis and hands-on experience from his clerkship and externships, he offers practical, solution-oriented legal counsel tailored to each client’s needs.
